Back on track

Assalamualaikum

Haha.. dah masuk dua hari aku buat total workout, jog, sit up bicep & back workout, tapi still ada limit aku still x boleh pull up, heaving, dip & what ever activities yang melibatkan bahu aku..

Tapi semalam, bila dah ter over tu sakit la juga.. almaklumlah lupa diri.. hehehe.. aku ni ada banyak pantang kalau bab shopping, riding, workout memang silap, perempuan pon aku tak pandang.. haha.. sorry statement ni agak kasar but then that is the true of me after been dumped by creature named woman aku agak keserikan.. hahaha.. sorry my love baby taz

But after ada orang baru dalam hidup ni kena control all the nafsu termasuklah shopping, riding & workout
